Welcome to KLLAW, LLC ("KLLAW," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our website located at https://www.shopkllaw.com (the "Site"), or by purchasing any products from us, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Site or purchase our products.

ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By accessing the Site, creating an account, placing an order, or otherwise engaging with KLLAW, you represent that you are at least eighteen (18) years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and KLLAW.

PRODUCTS, HANDMADE NATURE, AND PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS

KLLAW offers a range of products, including but not limited to handbags, totes, and leather accessories (collectively, the "Products"). Certain handbags are handcrafted to order in Italy using traditional artisan techniques and premium materials. Other products, including totes and non-Italian-manufactured items, may be produced in different locations and/or using different production methods, as clearly disclosed on the applicable product page.

Due to the nature of leather goods and small-batch production:

• Natural variations in color, texture, grain, stitching, hardware placement, and finish are inherent characteristics of leather goods and artisan or small-batch production and do not constitute defects.
• Product images are representative only and may vary slightly from the final delivered product.

Made-to-Order Timeline: Where applicable and as disclosed on the product page, made-to-order handbags may require approximately five (5) weeks to complete from the date of purchase. All timelines are estimates only and not guarantees.

Quality Inspection: All Products undergo inspection prior to shipment; however, minor aesthetic variations shall not be deemed quality failures.

NO WARRANTY DISCLAIMER

KLLAW DOES NOT OFFER ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES FOR ITS PRODUCTS AT THIS TIME.

ALL PRODUCTS ARE SOLD "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, KLLAW EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, DURABILITY, QUALITY, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR ARISING FROM COURSE OF DEALING OR USAGE OF TRADE.

YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT YOU ASSUME ALL RISK ASSOCIATED WITH THE USE, HANDLING, AND CARE OF THE PRODUCTS AFTER DELIVERY.

ORDERS, PRICING, AND PAYMENT

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. KLLAW reserves the right to correct pricing errors and to cancel orders resulting from inaccuracies.

Once an order is submitted, it cannot be modified, including shipping address, billing details, or product selection. You are solely responsible for verifying all order information prior to checkout.

KLLAW reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, misuse of promotions, or violation of these Terms.

CUSTOM, PERSONALIZED, AND SPECIAL ORDERS

All custom, personalized, made-to-order, special request, discounted, and sale items are FINAL SALE and non-refundable. By placing such an order, you expressly acknowledge and accept that no returns, refunds, or exchanges will be permitted.

SHIPPING, DELIVERY, AND RISK OF LOSS

Domestic Orders (U.S.): Non-made-to-order items are typically processed within five (5) business days. Made-to-order items ship within approximately three (3) business days following completion.

International Orders: Customers are solely responsible for all customs duties, taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, and import charges imposed by their destination country. KLLAW is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

Risk of Loss and Title: Title and risk of loss transfer to you upon delivery of the product to the carrier. KLLAW is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed shipments once transferred to the carrier.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Returns and refunds are governed exclusively by our Refund Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference. In summary:

• U.S. customers must request returns within seven (7) days of delivery
• Items must be unused, unworn, and returned in original packaging
• Custom, personalized, discounted, and sale items are non-returnable
• International returns are not accepted
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless KLLAW confirms a qualifying defect

Failure to comply with the Refund Policy will result in denial of any return or refund.

PRODUCT CARE

Proper care is essential to the longevity and appearance of leather goods. Care instructions are provided on our Product Care page and, where applicable, with certain products. KLLAW SHALL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR DAMAGE RESULTING FROM FAILURE TO FOLLOW CARE INSTRUCTIONS, MISUSE, OR NORMAL WEAR AND TEAR.

EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY PROVIDED IN THE LIMITED WARRANTY, ALL PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All Site content, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, photographs, product designs, and trademarks, is the exclusive property of KLLAW and is protected by U.S. and international intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, KLLAW SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR PRODUCTS.

IN NO EVENT SHALL KLLAW’S TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE SPECIFIC PRODUCT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR LIABILITY; IN SUCH CASES, LIABILITY SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless KLLAW, its officers, members, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms, misuse of the Site, or violation of applicable laws.

GOVERNING LAW, VENUE, AND JURY TRIAL WAIVER

These Terms shall be governed exclusively by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal action shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Virginia.

YOU AND KLLAW EXPRESSLY WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO A TRIAL BY JURY.

PRIVACY

Your use of the Site is subject to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference.

MODIFICATIONS

KLLAW reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes are effective upon posting. Continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

SEVERABILITY AND ENTIRE AGREEMENT

If any provision is deemed unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and KLLAW regarding the subject matter herein.
