Shipping policy

Domestic

Domestic orders will be processed Monday - Friday (excluding holidays) within up to 5 business days from purchase date. During high volume order periods such as sale, please allow for longer processing times as we anticipate higher order volume. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirming your tracking number, and other shipping information.

Once an order is placed, we are unable to make any changes or edits. To ensure a smooth experience, we kindly ask that you double-check your shipping and billing details before completing your purchase—especially when using express checkout options like Apple Pay, Shop Pay, or Klarna.

Made-To-Order Handbags

Our handbags are made-to-order and take on average 5 weeks to create. Each bag is handmade from scratch. During the creation of your handbag, you will receive weekly emails providing you with an update on the progress of your handbag. Once your handbag is completed it will be shipped to you within 3 business days. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirming your tracking number, and other shipping information.

International

Once you are in checkout, you will see local payment methods and calculations for any appropriate shipping, duties, taxes and other customs fees. Dependent upon the country/region, duties & taxes will be calculated in your selected currency at checkout.
